Role: District Program Director – State Health Mission
Role overview: Lead district implementation of the State Health Mission’s maternal & child health interventions. Coordinate with district magistrate, health department, NGOs and donors. Own budget utilisation, MIS, and GRM.
Key KPIs: Institutional delivery rate increase, immunisation coverage, funds utilisation rate > 95%, remedial action closure time.
Must-have: Experience in health program management or public health; 7–12 years; proven track record of district or state-level program execution.
Role: PMU Lead – State Sustainable Livelihoods Program (Donor-funded)
Role overview: Head the PMU for a multi-year donor project; manage procurement, reporting to donor, work with block-level teams, ensure fiduciary and safeguards compliance.
Key KPIs: Timely donor reporting (100%), procurement cycle SLAs met, compliance audit pass, project milestones delivered on time.
Must-have: Prior PMU experience, donor reporting familiarity (World Bank/ADB/DFID/USAID), 8–15 years.
Can serving IAS / state civil servants apply?
